Main Hall

The Main Hall measures 18m x 12m (60ftx38ft), and has a sprung timber floor. Large windows on both sides provide plenty of natural light and pleasant views to the surrounding countryside. The adjustable wall lights offer a welcoming atmosphere for evening use.   The stage is 16ft deep, 20ft wide. Seats up to 180 at tables, 300+ for dancing. Heated by blown air heaters. Access to stage and 2 changing rooms.

Kitchen

The Kitchen (20ft long) features two double ovens and hobs, a fridge, water boiler and stainless steel table. There are serving hatches to both the main hall and meeting room. Basic equipment for serving hot and cold drinks is provided. Rear door for easy access to car park.

Meeting Room

The Meeting Room is heated by radiators and is lit by fluorescent tubes and wall lights. The large window offers views across the playing field to Lollover Hill and the Levels . (The room is not yet curtained)
Seats up to 30 'theatre style' or 20 'board room' style - 9m x 5m / 30ft x 16ft.

The Meadway Hall features a spacious car park with “Blue Badge” parking at front. An adjacent 2 acre playing field is under development.

 PLEASE NOTE: The Meadway Hall is a "No Smoking' premises".

Equipment available for Events

Tea and coffee making including cups, saucers & side plates for 200.
There is a small number of tea pots, trays and jugs.
Crockery (plates for 80) is available.
Chairs for 200 and tables for 150 (depending on layout).
There is storage for regular groups available by arrangement.

What to bring with you
Tea towels and bin bags  please remove any bar/food waste / decorations

Hours of Use
Mon-Thurs      8.30 a.m. - 12 a.m.
                        Fri & Sat      8.30 a.m. - 1a.m.
                        Sun                 9      a.m. - 11p.m.
Events should finish at least ½ hour before the above times.

 Hirers are asked to leave the Meadway Hall as they would wish to find it!
Public Events: Permitted numbers
The Meadway Hall has a License for public events which include music, dancing or theatre. The maximum numbers are:
closely seated audience  300; dancing with tables  220; dining tables  180.
